Consider this unique idea: nothing needs “fixing” nothing is “broken” including us as a human
being and our planet. As healers, the attitude that serves us well is we are a form of
We understand we simply need to remember the living wholeness of our nature and return to its natural harmony to embody our “healed” quality from the inside out.
In this blog article; we discuss a misconception for healers and how to best work with nature through practising healing and yoga.
Tuning in and living in wholeness offers us support and restoration in several areas:
- Mental and Emotional
- Physical and Energetic
- Elemental and Spiritual
There has been growing pressure from all directions for people to take a stand and ‘save the
earth or heal the planet.’ Arguing about who is right and who is wrong as well as picking sides
and pressuring others to change their actions or opinions occur regularly common in our world.
Following after these ideas makes things worse for our world because of the gripping struggle that comes with “fighting” to win and the idea of change via an intellectual externalisation.
However, they are not accomplishing any progress towards the restoration of the earth. This is because feeding fear and focusing on things that are ‘wrong’ cannot bring harmony and health. Looking at problems and spending time and energy contemplating the right fix are not sustainable solutions. They are divisive distractions from the oneness that can bring restoration.
When you are consciously practising wholeness, you can grasp the idea that there is not a single person on the planet who really controls the necessary qualities to be in charge. Working together and relying on what everyone brings allows solutions to flow naturally, instead of being forced by fear.
As a healer, we are in tune to feel and see solution rather than “problem”. By viewing life through the lens of wholeness as opposed to compartmentalising, it is possible to find a natural living system that is disciplined as itself and does not need to be conditioned or controlled, but instead related to and in connection with.
This allows wholeness and harmony to be the truth and everything either side of these aspects are simply inviting us to merge with, release, rebalance, ground, and centre. The tangible things that present from something being out of order or read in the body as an imbalance; offer us the opportunity to move it in any which way it needs to, to enable a more serving way that is sustainable in health or us and our planet.
Are Environment and Nature the Same?
We generally embrace the idea that our “environment” both internally and externally is our nature. However, the environment and nature are two very different concepts and energy realities.
- The environment is the reflection of our nature, therefore the state of our environment, deeply depends on our connection and relationship with our nature and its spirit. The things you experience and the tangible things are your environments. We tend to read our human-made environment based on our circumstances. This makes it easy to separate ourselves from the wholeness we need.
- Nature is the belief itself and offers the reality of diversity and union all at the same time. Naturally, this empowers us to understand the polarities that exist within wholeness and move through the various aspects like liquid grace, waking up to what needs restoration, rather than becoming attached to the depleted or at a state of discord. When we are able to just ‘be’ we can experience the awareness that points us to connectivity that enables us to tune into nature.
The bushfires we most recently experienced in Australia illustrate the concept. If we are experiencing a fire in our environment, our nature is communicating, and it is needing transformation to occur and our passion for returning to experience our day to day in an enlightened way that serves the needs of the present moment.
- All aware
- All feeling
Additionally, fire can also be symbolic of the extreme pain and suffering of our mind and mental body as a collective. This is a way for our earth to heal this energy and transmute it into a more sustainable vibration. It is through the language of intuiting nature, from the heart, through the earth that I use to empower the remembrance of knowing this human being intelligence that is elemental. This is what guides me daily and is the road map to understand my reality from a more natural view.
Listening to and Working With Nature
Think through these facts about how nature works. Forty thousand years ago, humans did not bog themselves with politics or labels. Tribes connected to the earth and in turn, nature nourished them. Additionally, nature has cyclic events to help replenish the earth. Fires were a common way of deeply cleansing the earth and wiping the slate clean, providing more fertile grounds to begin again.
With the focus on small matters and the neglect of the big picture by us humans, nature generated a way to do necessary cleansing. Aboriginal tribes offered warnings of such devastation and explained how to harmoniously interact by coming together harmony, collectively preventing tragic events. Unfortunately, few listened. Hopefully many are now listening from the results of the manifestation of these most recent events.
This is Not About Shifting Beliefs or Creating New Ones
Its more to do with listening to the truth of our own creation and how it functions. Basically, this invites the notion that we don’t need to believe in ourselves if we are being who we really are. Why? because we are in reality a sure thing.
For this at ease connection with our ever-changing reality to be actioned from the inside out, we first must know the foundations of our humaneness. This will awaken us to the subtle vibrations and elements of our planets nature wholly.
As every living thing has energy, whatever you connect with will give energy to you and you will release your energy to what you contact. This is your energetic connection, and you are always pulsing out energy. Some energy may not be vibrant or of a prosperous nature due to lack of physical ability and the need for restoration. However, the energy is still present.
Understanding the Elements
There are five elements on which everything depends:
The five elements are a joining of the spiritual with energy to form their unique physicality.
The centre of all the elements is within our humaneness because all of the elements have representation in our bodies.
- Earth – present in our bones
- Water – our bodies are around 70 per cent water
- Air – our breathing
- Fire – digestion because the body breaks things down
- Space – our bodies naturally create and shift space
We are nature’s beautiful art forms and function better when tuned in to our nature wherever we may go.
How I Began to Understand My Humaneness
Understand that humaneness is an opportunity to walk with nature and be who we really are in life. We can enjoy the intimacy and harmony that flow from our humaneness as we focus less on things at the “mind surface” and become more natural in our actions.
To begin this, I become aware through the element of air through using my breath which allows me to experience the nature and specific quality of air being our unseen, but the clearly felt movements of life. This intimately invites us into our energetics and our physicality.
Both of the following expressions come together to experience the element of our earth. There is no earth if the physicality is not present, and there is no earth if the energy is not present. We cannot have one without the other if the element of earth is to be. Earth itself is only one element that makes up our entire nature, and this is not even considering the cosmic nature that holds and influences our planet’s wholeness and its very creation.
There are many governing natural, cosmic, and spiritual laws that allow and move us. However, earth as an element provides the ability for us to come together and merge in all ways, to enable the form.
If there is no form, there is only formless.
Energetics is a way to connect to the energy that comes from two main streams:
Together this energy governs creation, birth, and death.
To home our Earth element and harmonise with its reasoning, we need to focus our concentration on channelling our energetics, and their mirroring physicality’s in the body. The body is the art of our form and formless in living wholeness.
Everybody is a reflection of the greater body of our planet. Therefore, if we commit to restoring its health and vitality daily and our relationship with how it feels, moves, touches, sees and communicates, we will come to understand its wholesome voice one more.
We are blessed to be able to do this intimately in two ways: internally and externally.
