An Insight Into Abode Natural Healing and How It Can Be Used

Self Healing Explained

Together with self, brain and mind are the key aspects for ITSA Life Courses.

These courses highlight a primary focus:

  • Self: The essential being
  • Brain: The coordinating centre
  • Mind: Constant transient state

To understand that it cannot simply be the “brain” function or intellectual education seen as the centre of gravity for care surrounding our health as a human being.

But instead, the focus needs to be on understanding our “mind” and feeling our “body” to acquire a healthy self and lifestyle in a whole nature.

The vital difference between the brain and the mind is one is a system and the other a moving and living state that is always in flux.

Therefore to treat or empower any individual regardless of their situation to heal from their current level of suffering, this needs to be taken into consideration and be applied accordingly to ensure the “whole person” is being supported.

This happens through the connection to our body and finds its way through the relationship of our breath.

Abode Yoga and Research

Abode Natural Healing has been comprised of various research and disciplines.

Two specifically being:

  • Neuroscience
  • Biology: particularly the endocrine system to assist in the understanding of the cause and effect of energy and the relationship it has on our emotional body.

With these two bases in mind, it is vital that those with suffering and pain should not simply be treated through solely mental practices such as psychology and or psychiatry.

Reiki and Yoga have been the two fields that have been the foundation to form ITSA Life Healing programs own unique forms of disciplines for focus.

Each of these areas can allow for continuing research and development to enable better self-health and lifestyle to flow evolve and stay relevant to the unfolding unique healing process.

This is how Randall Simpson created the LEAF pathway. This has been developed and to successfully be applied to any individual, situation or used within any area of life and lifestyle, throughout all fields, disciplines, mediums modalities and within any methodology.

What is the LEAF Pathway?

The LEAF Pathway foundational centre is the “self”, which is the essential being, whereby everything else is derived from, whatever the nature of what that “self” is deemed to be.

Food For Thought

The Leaf Pathway is a “self-healing system” that enables individuals to reflect a happy and healthy life. Scientifically, it is a system that positively changes the functional programming of our RAS system that is found within the brain.

The RAS system is our filter for what we believe and how we react to our internal functioning as well as our external environments. This self-healing system is based upon the ideas of transpersonal psychology and its application through education within self and life practices that allow individuals to seek out their true reality and capabilities. This can be enhanced and guided through specific teachings, practices and behaviour shifting techniques by educators of The LEAF Pathway.

The LEAF Pathway can be used as a therapeutic remedy for any health program and or facility. It alleviates the effects of relapsing or experiencing severe levels of addiction, depression, and anxiety, whilst providing the foundation for healing completely, rather than simply ensuring someone is responding to their treatment or following this treatment path that paves the way for healing to begin.

It also allows for an alternative to understanding and improving the effects of behaviour disorders such as ADD and ADHD & Autism. The LEAF Pathway will improve the lives of those who are affected by autism and will provide an alternative to communicating, as individuals will learn how to utilise their mind and body to change behaviour and health.

This systematic model is not a “spiritual practice”; rather it is a relative self-practice, a way of life, which encompasses a spiritual essence and ritual. The LEAF Pathway fuses together the art of healing science & technology, which offers a way to connect with each dimension of ourselves. The LEAF Pathway is authentic in alignment with internal and external aspects that are known to health, wellness, and life itself.

What are Chakras?

Performing an advanced yoga pose in a beach setting. The human spine contains 33 vertebrae; each is a crucial stabiliser for our whole body’s stance. However, if you look to find deeper symbolization through the clues of our spine, you come to realise that its purpose remains solely in the physical dimension.

However; as we are aware, there are further dimensions of being that have been identified through wellness and health to date.

Therefore we come to understand the energetics of our existence. If you look close 3+3 = 6, this is the last energetic connection with the physical body plane that is recognised within science and the art of healing.

This connection point is known as our “Third Eye Chakra” and has a deep connection that is associated with our nervous system, neurological sustainability and functioning.

This allows us to begin to realise that we have and needed a higher system that continues to stabilise our existence outside of our physical body, which is known as the Chakras (energy system).

The profound aspect of this system is that we can still be made aware of its effects in physical form as we can locate them on our physical body.

What needs to be emphasised and given more importance and validation is that this system is the health and energy behind our endocrine system.

The Endocrine System

The endocrine system is responsible for our hormones & various fluids, which then is responsible for the levels to each area of our body to keep its levels to function and do its purpose to keep the body balanced.

This is where we highlight the effects of hormone and various fluid levels has on our “emotional state”. We can come to understand the endocrine system should be seen as the “emotional” body’s place of home.

As we have identified, it is connected to the Chakras and is the only system that allows us to see the “physical” effects of this energy system within the physical body for us to “physically” feel and or see.

We know that the endocrine system directly links with our brains functioning; therefore, we can also identify a relationship between our emotional and mental state.

We can also see the significant difference of the mental body and the emotional body unique level of operation, but how the mental state is linked to the “brain”, whereas the emotional state is connected to the “mind” as it is always in ‘constant transient state’.

The point we are hoping to convey is, that its both of these levels of being that comprise our state of mind of our whole self, its not simply the mental aspect that affects our state of mind.

As we have pointed out previously the connection that the endocrine system has with the brain and what fuels our endocrine system which is our body’s energy spine (chakra system) interconnect to together allow for a whole spinal existence of our “self “ that is not simply physical

Just like the significance of each vertebra and how it helps to hold stages of our physical body upright, so too does our energy spine.

This energy spine also connects to these areas of our physical vertebrae through the endocrine system, which then influences specific organs, which each have their own level of functioning and operation as well as play their part in other systems such as the lungs for the respiratory, the heart for the circulatory and the lymph nodes for the lymphatic and so on.

Abode Natural Healing

Are you beginning to see connection becoming familiar with a pattern and finding deeper reasoning to validate how to find a more harmonious level of self and lifestyle that is really our human homeostasis? Abode Natural Healing acknowledges and ensures this is happening within every teaching or experience throughout the ITSA Life courses using various mind-body and movement practices.

How this is delivered ensures the individual is learning, without feeling like they are leaning, but rather living and experiencing a better state of being in comparison to what they have been experiencing.

This allows the program to remain light, and artistic as they are guided and empowered to be a healthier craftsman of their self, life and lifestyle. They will feel safe and supported while they heal the suffering and the causes of this suffering universally, one step at a time.

The self that is deemed as the key essential throughout this program is addressed and implemented throughout using the LEAF Pathway as previously stated. This acts as the direction for the nature of healing for each individual.

The 7-dimension continuum of The LEAF Pathway – “Spiral of Life”

This self-healing pathway follows a 7-dimension path to achieve universal self-health within an individual and the whole world. Each piece of our “whole self” has been derived mindfully and aligns with our inner and outer worlds, mentally, physically, energetically, emotionally, spiritually and soulfully.

“Inspired by our self being symbolic to that of a tree. Each dimension of our ‘self ‘ as the leaves, thus the need for our ‘self tree’ to be healthy and rich in its essence as this is the air we use to breathe, it is our life’s support daily” Randall Simpson

Each dimension is presented separately but is displayed as a continuum together creating a complete circle representing the circle of life. The LEAF Pathway has been created to ensure a deeper understanding of where individuals are in self and reasons behind specific behaviours, as well as aid in direction through the process of healing and a part of their treatment and or management plan that they may have in place for present specific conditions that they may be suffering from presently.

They will develop skills to bridge aspects of self, states of mind and how they can find the balance between what is happening within and externally through feeling equipped with tools, practices and coping strategies that empower them to do so. They will develop a high level of understanding, awareness, and mindfulness in action and reaction, relationships, and interaction with their surrounding environment as well as begin to recognise imbalances that can be the catalyst to losing their functional state that is healthy in self, life and their lifestyle. (Roberts, T. B (1975) Four Psychologies Applied to Education: Freudian, behavioural, humanistic, transpersonal, Schenkman Publishing Company, 395, 421-425, 453-463, 514).

The key 7-dimension continuum is as follows:

  • Sense of belonging, acceptance of self, others, and surroundings.
  • Relationships with self, others, and surroundings.
  • Self-empowerment.
  • Universal love, compassion for self, others, and surroundings.
  • Self Expression.
  • Self-trust and intuition.
  • Self-realisation.

As previously stated The LEAF Pathway is the navigator of our ITSA Life program. The directions we travel throughout these 1 on 1 and group program is through the Self-intelligence Planes of Abode Natural Healing with their specific Elements, dimensions and their accompanying mediums to allow for both practical and theoretical practice and experience.

Each direction leads to a dimensional location, which collectively forms our INDAH Body “The Beautiful One” experience. This is basically like a road map so the individual can journey a living mandala that will empower their self-healing process to happen in its own unique way. This allows for a more gentle and loving experience that feels natural and supportive.

It is here within this heart space that they will experience self and life coming together through their living via the various mediums that are suited to each dimension location.

All in all, this invites harmony so our wholeness can be felt. There are also theoretical practices that are integrated to allow for a balance of learning experiences.

The Path to Self Healing

These include guided journaling, self-reflection, conscious questioning, mind mapping. Manifesting is also used and referred to as a “self technology device” that together with the other creative writing practices enhance the level of self-discipline through flexible awareness of the present. The individuals will understand their present reality and how they have the opportunity to redefine to be a better reality through thoughts, words, actions as “energy flows where attention goes”.

This is just a snippet into the basis of our Abode Yoga & Natural Healing courses. A starting point for you to feel how we empower all to feel, relax and soften so stress, pain and suffering can be dissolved through the loving strength of Self Healing. Come feel for yourself just how enlightening it is to be able to feel held and be accountable all at the same time to hold your own on the daily.

Every offering at ITSA Life is humbling as they remind us we are in charge of our own life “even in the midst of suffering & pain”. By becoming intimate with our reality and more connected to our realness, we will experience this more in reality and it will feel less like a “miracle”. We are the miracle.
