Mindful Selfs'  innovative purpose is to heal the health and  beauty of minor to severe mental and emotional wellbeing imbalances,  including body image, anxiety and depression. Mindful Self can also be used to aid as education and awareness for prevention. This program also has the capacity to be used in  a way to sustain a healthy balance in self , lifestyle,  health and life practice that is beautiful from the inside out on a daily basis for everybody anywhere. This program has been developed to better an individuals image of themselves inside and out with a key focus on holding a beautiful mind within a beautiful body. This is the foundations of all of ITSA  programs  and our online counselling and therapy services.
